Ocean Front Residence
For the couple that entertains and welcomes family, transitional design captured their elegant style while creating personalized experiences in the private spaces.
Referencing oceanfront colors, the living room was conceived in a neutral color palette with hints of blue details. Three dimensional anigre wood and leather walls in the living room add interesting visual appeal while concealing the bar and kitchen cabinetry. The dining room’s chandelier is playful and light balancing the dark finish in the seating and dining table. Architectural details with indirect lighting compliment the inclusion of geometric design elements throughout the residence.
The hallway leading to the bedrooms is flanked by wallcoverings and glamorous Patricia Urqiuola crystal lights. The doors feature custom carved details adding textural layers to the design. From the relaxing open living spaces, you enter the bedrooms where futuristic yet retro furniture adds a whimsical vibe. Lime green accents and silver Tom Dixon lamps hover over the beds. Custom millwork, curtains and linens are the finishing touches in this double room. The blue guest room naturally inspired by the ocean has soothing colors and a tranquil pattern. A slim silhouette desk and chair create cozy nook for study. Meanwhile, the girl’s bedroom in orange is more modern and feminine with touches of contemporary art accessorizing the desk area. The master bedroom is a retreat for the senses with floor to ceiling windows book ended by two custom upholstered armchairs in sand tones.
