Beachfront Sophistication
Designed for a family as their vacation home in Miami, this Jade Signature residence by Tamara Feldman takes a modern approach to beachfront living. The interiors are a reflection of the client’s love for sleek finishes, statement art, and unexpected design moments. From the cantilevered console in archipelago stone in the foyer to the marble wall by ARCA in the living, each space is expertly curated.
The main entrance features high-gloss lacquered white-fluted wood that wraps the inner foyers concealing three doors, among them the powder room, which is a jewel box of a space. Indirect lighting, oak wood paneling, a Van Gogh granite sink with rose gold faucet by Franz Biegener create an everlasting impression. With an open plan layout the design concept uniquely connects each area through the thoughtful transition of colors and materials.
An impressive art collection is placed throughout starting with sculpture by Virginia Leonard in the main entrance and a ceramic piece in the foyer sitting area by John Gill. The inset bookshelf displays a piece by David Hicks, and an untitled sculpture by Virginia Leonard. The office features a red clay and ceramic sculpture by Natalia Arbelaez and a vase by Glenn Barkley sourced via Mindy Solomon Gallery among others. In the bedroom and dining room are colorful artworks by Lynne Drexler and Blue Poppies by Donald Sultan.
