A Vibrant Oasis
A private hallway leads you into this relaxing 3,500 SF home, the ultimate vacation oasis. Originally a white box, Feldman transformed the dwelling by adding warmth and integrating the residents’ Mexican culture with touches of vibrant color and mid-century modern sentiments. Located in Aventura’s elite Privé Island, the home was intended to have private moments throughout the open floor plan, which Feldman incorporated with architectural features including custom white oak millwork throughout. Blue tones on the wall layered-in terracotta hues, compelling artwork and sculptural statements and furnishings softly speaks to the high-end design, while keeping an overall neutral aesthetic.
Beautifully grained wood accents flow into the dining area furnished with round two-toned Poliform table and Almeida chairs—white oak and metal columns discreetly delineate the dining area from the kitchen. The formal living and dining area showcase stunning water views from an expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The artwork throughout the residence including work by Isabell Beyer and Troika is an exploration in the family’s love of color, textures and design.
